An improvement..

The 22nd People's Choice Awards, honoring the best in popular culture for 1995, were held on March 10, 1996, at Universal Studios Hollywood, in Universal City, California. They were hosted by Brett Butler, and broadcast on CBS. Definitely much better than the later ceremonies especially the wins of Apollo 13 were very highly deserving and i seriously much loved the win of Ace Ventura and Tom Hanks in general as well. Although some more movies needed to win as well but that's just me i guess? But definitely not that bad of a ceremony of course. (6/10)
