When Bradford is doing CPR he leaves the body on the bed. Doing CPR on the bed is pointless since the bed moves under you and you don't get the correct pressure on the chest compressions (visible while Bradford is doing it.) A cop would be trained properly in CPR and would know that he needed to move the body to a hard, flat surface.
