Fabulous DIY ending with superb acting throughout. I particularly enjoyed the patchwork last scenes to work with. Aurthur's character had developed to reveal an explosive temper, the sudden realization of his apparent burial by both Lark and Hadley I personally found satisfying in a well bonded new relationship. The depth of mystery left from Jill's utterance in reluctance to Hadley's attempted advance mixed well with the overall unspoken ending-that privilege can conceal. I thought this story to be a rich mystery novel through the eyes of Lark as it unfolds. Even as she read her own paperback...
