The fourth and final appearance of the Evil Manta, and this time he has a son
24 September 2009 | by TheLittleSongbirdSee all my reviews

I love this episode, then again I love all the episodes in the series Little Mermaid. The animation while not quite as good as the earlier episodes, the Evil Manta looks slightly different here, is still very very good. Ariel is a wonderful character, as I've said before, and Jodi Benson does a perfect job voicing her. Sebastian, King Triton and Flounder are great too. But for me, the best thing was the return of the Evil Manta, and now he has a son, who is the opposite of him. I know it does raise questions about how and when Little Evil was born, but I don't care really. Little Evil is really cute, and as the Evil Manta, Tim Curry is just delightful, and their dialogue was great. What made me more happy was that Tim Curry also gets to sing(yay!), and the song Just Like Me brilliantly showcases Curry's impeccable singing talents. The plot is very good too, has a certain creepiness about it. All in all, fantastic, one of my favourites. 10/10 Bethany Cox
