Trama

Sharad and JP Yadav manage to dent Akhandanand's political plans and JP Yadav then calls for a celebration with Zarina. After suffering a personal loss, Guddu takes upon an unexpected responsibility and Golu doesn't take this too well.

Guddu finds that the doctor's daughter Lippi has survived the carnage and brings her home with him. Golu protests. Guddu confronts Shekhu at his barber shop, and after a physical brawl, Guddu ends up killing Shekhu. Vasudha meets Guddu and encourages him to surrender to the law.

After the CM's death, JP becomes the new CM-elect (He tells Kaleen that he has the support of almost all party MLAs) and waits for swearing-in. Munna comforts Madhuri. Munna starts to develop feelings for Madhuri as he sees that Madhuri understands him.

Maurya figures out Sharad's involvement in the CM's death (Maurya had arrested the truck driver who had smashed the CM's car. The driver's papers (from Jaunpur) reveal that he was paid by Sharad to cause that accident, which killed the CM). Maurya wonders with Ramakant if Sharad is against Kaleen and Munna, like them. Maurya meets Sharad and wants him to help him and Ramakant bring down Kaleen and Munna. In exchange they will hand over Mirzapur to Sharad. Sharad refuses to play ball as he knows that the driver is deaf and dumb and Maurya at best has circumstantial evidence. He agrees that Kaleen is his enemy, but wont help Maurya and Ramakant.

JP tells CM Surya's PA Anand (Rohit Tiwari) that now times have changed and he is in power. Anand is threatened and tells Madhuri JP's involvement in CM's death. Kaleen Bhaiya plans to take down JP as he's not going to support him. JP had allocated the Opium fields to Munna, instead of Kaleen, and demands a 20% profit share. Munna is again insulted by JP and Kaleen, when they ask him sit outside during their negotiations.

Robin proposes to Dimpy. Dimpy falls in love with Robin. Golu objects to Shabnam getting too close to Guddu. But when Shabnam confronts her, Golu is not able to articulate the reason for her objection. JP gives the police the go-ahead to take down Munna (JP is still angry with Munna over the Holi incident). Maurya and Ramakant protect their witness. Dubey warns Ramakant that the clean-up will not spare Guddu either. Ramakant says he is ready. Guddu complains to JP since he had promised the opium fields to him.. JP tells Guddu that he wants balance between Kaleen and Guddu. JP promises Munna to Guddu, when he is arrested.

Guddu and Golu plan, with Beena, to take Mirzapur once Munna is arrested. Beena tells them both to wait for her signal. JP's night of debauchery with his PA Zarina (Anangsha Biswas) (Zarina used to work at a whorehouse, but JP made her his PA, as he liked her dancing) leads to his downfall. JP had promised Zarina an official post after he became CM.. but now, he goes back on his word and tells Zarina that she has nothing left to offer him. Zarina felt humiliated and decides to bring JP down. She shoots a video of the "celebrations" that JP wanted before his swearing in ceremony.

Madhuri tells Kaleen to meet Anand and figure out how to bring down JP Yadav. One of the prostitutes from JP's party, comes out in front of media and alleges that JP sexually harassed her. At this critical point, Zarina turns against JP and gives evidence against him. She releases all videos to the media. Kaleen is back on top with Madhuri. Meanwhile Maurya + Ramakant & Guddu + Golu have to figure out their next move.
