Toby, a cynical but supposedly genius film director finds himself trapped in the outrageous delusions of an old Spanish shoe-maker who believes himself to be Don Quixote. In the course of their comic and increasingly surreal adventures, Toby is forced to confront the tragic repercussions of a film he made in his idealistic youth - a film that changed the hopes and dreams of a small Spanish village forever. Can Toby make amends and regain his humanity? Can Don Quixote survive his madness and imminent death? Or will love conquer all?
I didn't give this title a rating but if I could it would be the laughing emoji. Let me get out of the way, it has amazing cinematography and sets. The actors were amazing and everything was great. But what I really want to talk about is the storyline of this movie.
I honestly can not tell you the plot of the movie, but I throughly entertained the entire time. I was laughing my head off the entire movie.
This isn't the best work of anyone but it is still a must see movie in my opinion. I would think the best way to watch this movie is with a group of friends too, that way you can all share in the madness of it together.
10/10 for entertainment
