Funko to Release Elvira and Freddy Krueger Cereal with Mini Pop! Vinyl Figures

Funko combines horror icons and Saturday morning cereal in their new line of upcoming collectibles.

Revealed by reporter David Axelson of the Coronado Eagle & Journal (and shared by Elvira, aka Cassandra Peterson, on her official Facebook page) during an interview with Funko founder Michael Becker, Funko will soon be releasing a new line of toasted oat cereal called "FunkO's."

Coming to collectibles shops (rather than grocery stores) for $7.99 a box this June, the first wave of FunkO's will feature Elvira, Freddy Krueger, and Beetlejuice flavors. In true "prize at the bottom of the box fashion," each cereal comes with its own mini Pop! vinyl figure.

As reported by Axelson, when milk is added to the Elvira cereal, it will turn black, when it's added to the Krueger cereal, it will turn red, and when you mix it with the Beetlejuice cereal, it will turn a slime green color. Based on Axelson's exclusive photo below,

Berlinale 2018. It's Dark Here

  • MUBI
Season of the DevilCan a completely grueling experience be worth the effort, the investment of time and self? In the case of An Elephant Sitting Still, the first film by the young Chinese novelist Hu Bo, we’re talking about a four-hour story of such constant despair that not a single moment of joy or literal ray of sunlight pierces its desperate drama. But it is most definitely worth the ordeal. This bleak opus is not only the first but also the last film by Hu Bo, who killed himself at the age of 29 after its completion. This desire of some for release from life's onslaught of sorrow, ill-luck, bad decisions and a lack of compassion or even superficial pleasure can be felt in every single brutal minute of this sprawling film.Initially, the despair is repulsive, not a glimpse but a full on plunge into the void. A gangster

Blood Drive's Colin Cunningham Details the Evolution of Slink — Plus: How He Asked for (And Got) Full Frontal Nudity
Blood Drive‘s titular race for years had been a subversive affair sneaked to lookie-loos via closed-circuit TV. But as the gauntlet gained a following, evil overlord Heart Enterprises stepped forward with a national broadcast and (gasp/ugh) “notes.”

Julian Slink — the race’s Master of Mayhem — at first waved off the input, steadfastly “trying to retain his integrity as an artist, to come up with something of worth that is meaningful,” says portrayer Colin Cunningham. Or at least “something of worth” as pertains a contest where the cars are fueled by ill-gotten human blood. But in this Wednesday’s

Infamous horror The Poughkeepsie Tapes set for Blu-ray and DVD release this October

Scream Factory has announced that it is set to give the infamous serial killer horror The Poughkeepsie Tapes a long overdue home-entertainment release on DVD and Blu-ray this October.

Produced in 2007 and directed by John Erick Dowdle (Quarantine, Devil, As Above, So Below, No Escape), the film tells the story of a serial killer through a series of interviews, and footage from snuff tapes he created of his victims. It was originally slated for a theatrical release in 2008 before being pulled by MGM, and received a brief VOD release in the States in 2014.

In 2001, police in Poughkeepsie, New York, made a shocking discovery — 10 bodies buried in the backyard of a residential house. Astonishingly, that was only the beginning. Inside the home, police uncovered over 800 neatly organized videotapes detailing the exploits of one man’s decade-long crime spree. The most disturbing part of the find was that the killer had filmed

Jennifer Connelly and Gwyneth Paltrow Are in Spider-man: Homecoming

Sony Pictures has released an official press kit for Spider-Man: Homecoming and it reveals a few things about the film that we previously didn't know. It's revealed that Gwyneth Paltrow will reprise her role of Pepper Potts in the film, which is kinda cool! We haven't seen Pepper since Iron Man 3 when she kicked some serious ass. I doubt she'll have a very big role in this, though.

It's also been revealed that Jennifer Connelly is in the film, but she is not reprising her role from The Hulk. She is playing a character named "Karen/Suit Lady," we have no idea who that is, but maybe she is someone who works for Tony Stark or even S.H.I.E.L.D. I love Connelly so I'm happy to see that she'll be in Homecoming. I'm curious to see how big of a part she'll play in the story.

The cast list also confirms who some of the other actors are playing. Donald Glover is playingAaron Davis, a.k.a. the Prowler and Michael Mando (Orphan Black) is playing Mac Gargan a.k.a. the Scorpion. There are also two Shockers in the story. The Herman Schultz version is being played by Bokeem Woodbine (Fargo), and the Jackson Brice version is being played by Logan Marshall-Green (Devil).

Stan Lee will be playing a character named Gary in his cameo role and Chris Evans is credited. I doubt his role in the film will go beyond the school videos that have been teased in the trailers. You can see the full list below. If you spot anything else that I may have missed hit me up in the comments below!

Performer of the Week: Elisabeth Moss

Performer of the Week: Elisabeth Moss
The Performer | Elisabeth Moss

The Show | The Handmaid’s Tale

The Episode | “A Woman’s Place“ (May 17)

The Performance | Moss has been so consistently amazing in Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale, we were starting to fear that it would be tough to single out a particular scene or episode that would highlight her greatness. (Because she was clearly, at some point, going to wind up our Performer of the Week.)

However, Wednesday’s episode made that worry evaporate. When Offred was presented with a second chance to alert a visiting dignitary about the reality of being a handmaid in Gilead,
