Trivia
There are several 'Wizard of Oz' Easter eggs in the episode. Lahr's name is the same as Cowardly Lion actor Bert Lahr, and the episode revolves around courage, which is what Lahr's character the Cowardly Lion wanted. Lahr's assistant is named Dorothy and her partner's last name is Gale: in 'Wizard of Oz' the main character is Dorothy Gale. Finally, Lahr's partner's first name is Frank. 'Wizard of Oz' was written by L. Frank Baum.

Goofs
The Artifact of Courage is said to be the slingshot used by David to slay Goliath, but the type of slingshot depicted is the Y stick design. This design requires a rubber band or something of equal elasticity which hadn't been invented in the bronze age. The Y design didn't become feasible until 1839 CE, with the invention of vulcanized rubber. A bronze-age sling was a leather or fabric strap that was spun and released to throw a rock. A sling and a slingshot are two completely different weapons.

A good one

I'm always being negative about CW shows but this episode proved that they still can make it right. I was pretty good to watch it, was fun, also had a little drama, I loved it.
