While this episode is not bad as such, this was the first episode of Clone Wars that really made me look at it as just a cartoon. Other episodes I had watched were an animated scifi adventure which was family friendly but still consistent in the Star Wars universe and therefore satisfying for an adult viewer. This one was more like an episode of the old cartoon series 'Droids' because it had outlandish physics, C3PO getting smashed by vehicles and flying hundreds of feet in the air while remaining undamaged and characters acting in a way that is purely for creating child friendly fun rather than dramatic reasons. The events, actions, droids, ships etc are all over the line of cartoonish silliness and stop it from being a convincing episode for me.

On the other hand it is good for kids and quite fun if you switch your brain off.

My rating: 5.5/10.
