The Father was under the clutches of the two possessed children and when the demons turned their heads, the Father's head turned too until it broke and he died, furthermore, blood was shown but it was for a brief second.

The possessed children were often seen bloody and disgusting, with them looking extremely pale and demonic, and were also shown to have some form of green slime-ish goo on their face and were also shown to have a lot of blood on their clothings as well as their face.
