The Yugoslavian ambassador and his wife get a tour on a ship on the Maas in the presence of the mayor. The river police keep an eye out. Suddenly there are three shots. The ambassador gets shot in the head and dies on his way to the hospital. The building, from where the shots were fired, is surrounded immediately. Four people come out.
