Why did the Mary Rose sink?
14 July 2019 | by martin841See all my reviews

A review of the crew of the Mary Rose to see if there is any indication as to why it sank unnecessarily whilst engaged in combat. From the beginning the admiral (captain) blamed the crew calling them 'unmanageable knaves' but was that a factor in the failure of the Mary Rose? This program investigates the remains of the men found aboard ship culminating in a conclusion that is surprising, of course it is left to the viewer to decide whether this was a factor in the sinking but the final twist, no you won't guess it.
