Can you lead a caveman to water AND make him drink?
5 January 2017 | by See all my reviews

Young Breer (Pat Cardi) becomes trapped in a small cave when the entrance falls in. His father Gronk (Joe E. Ross) begins removing rock while stranded astronauts Mac (Frank Aletter) and Hector (Jack Mullaney) roll a rock from the backside of the cave to free him. The family heralds Mac and Hec as heroes, much to the chagrin of Gronk who now feels dumb and useless. Mac and Hector works with the family to stage situations where Gronk can become a hero and boost his self-worth. Gronk comically fumbles rescuing his daughter Mlor (Mary Grace) in a lake and his wife Shad (Imogene Coca) from a tree. He gets another chance to come through when both are captured by real "painted ones" (think Cavemen Indians) he thinks are Mac and Hector in disguise.
