A very brief scene where a teen girl and her sister are bathing but we only see collarbone level, nothing below. A woman self harms, it's a closeup, so you don't see the entirety of her leg, just the section where she inflicts the cut. We get a glimpse of a sick woman's bare upper back. Not sexual, it's made to be repulsive.

A woman is sewing fabric and accidentally sews the fabric into the skin of her hand, and then it has to be cut away and pulled through to remove it. It is very graphic, but only for a moment. Also, there's a scene involving self harm, it's a deliberate cut on the thigh of a female character. Later, a patch of blood is seen on the woman's dress, from that cut.

There's a couple instances of nosebleeds, one of these instances is more intense and could be disturbing to some.

Absolutely zero profanity.

A deceased child is shown having passed away from a dust storm. It is not graphic, but it is very intense and uncomfortable given the age of the child.
