Plot Summary

Gibbs and McGee continue to work with the NCIS Office of Special Projects in Los Angeles. Callen, posing as Liam, meets a potential buyer of illicit arms; the meet turns sour because the buyer is Rifkin, an undercover agent of the Mossad, who says that he pursues the same terrorist cell as does the OSP. Macy reveals that she and Gibbs met each other 18 years ago. Rifkin goes his way, and the OSP guys seek Rifkin's next targets; Callen again poses as Liam. Two members of the cell die, and Rifkin drops out of sight. OSP agents swarm a shop and seize the remaining sleepers of the cell; Gibbs intercepts Rifkin and tells him to go home. Nate, the staff shrink, tells Gibbs a little story, and Gibbs nods to a surveillance camera, believing that Macy watches. Tony wonders about Ziva. McGeek enjoys the fancy toys. One more shooting takes place. Gibbs and McGee return home, and Rifkin heads back to Tel Aviv with a stop in Washington, DC. Written by DocRushing

Goofs When Kensi puts the camera on the wall in the garage she attached it to the wall at about shoulder high which is approximately 5' to 5'-6" off the floor. When they bring the camera up in ops the angle is above the open hood of the car immediately in front of the camera and the angle is about 9' to 10' above the floor. Also there is a 6" drain stand pipe in front of the camera but it is nowhere in the camera view. See more »

Quotes Operational Psychologist Nate Getz: You worked a case together?
Special Agent Lara Macy: You could say that. It was a JAG-man investigation. A murder. I was the lead investigator.
Operational Psychologist Nate Getz: And Gibbs?
