In this episode Robin had food poisoning and Barney and Ted made fun of her saying she's pregnant because she vomited. In real life, the actress, Cobie Smulders who played Robin was actually pregnant at that time.

Goofs
During Marshall's presentation at the bar, he mentions Barney's 16 years of sexual activity. In The Yips (2007) Barney mentions losing his virginity at age 23 to Rhonda. This would make Ted 31 while Barney is 39, much older than he is portrayed.
