Storyline

Three weeks after "The Rifle" demonstrates his superior pool hustling ability, he is found shot in the back (Coincidentally on the day JFK was assassinated, 22 Nov 63). The new owner of Whitey's Pool Hall finds a pistol wrapped in a 40-year-old newspaper; ballistics show it was the murder weapon, and the Cold Case team reopens the case. Written by jeaneva

Goofs

When Rush and Valens are talking to the prisoner, he talks about the time that two guys beat him up. Valens asks him whether he got their names, and he says, "Yeah, 'Jackass One' and 'Jackass Two'." If you look at his mouth, you can tell he's actually saying "jackoff", not "jackass". See more »

Quotes

Will Jeffries: [talking about the day President Kennedy was assassinated] I was playing touch football at recess.
Scotty Valens: Recess? I thought you were, like, forty-five when that happened.
Lilly Rush: No, you're thinking of when Lincoln was shot.
Will Jeffries: Keep it up. See what happens.
