After eating the coyote, the zombie pigs enter an old pipeline that leads to an abandoned mine. Becerril discovers the narco's escape route and readies his team for pursuit. Marroquín reunites with his men and his young son Lucas, whom he hasn't seen in years and who hasn't forgiven him for leaving. The narcos have placed an explosive in the old mine to ensure their escape. Lilia is fired from the TV channel, but won't give up on her plan of getting an interview with the fugitive. Taft decides to go after Marroquín himself in the hopes of finding him and killing him. The zombie pigs attack and infect the SWAT team, transforming them into a new species of stronger and more violent humanoids. In the secret American lab, Snowman discovers that his formula works and talks Murdoch into going to the desert and getting the dead pigs back. Murdoch orders Sergeant Valencia, his best soldier, to escort the scientist. The tunnel leads the narcos to the rehab center, where Dávila is waiting. Due to the explosion, the SWAT team has split into two groups.
