Night Time
3 January 2011 | by claudio_carvalhoSee all my reviews

Rita confirms that she is pregnant and forces Dexter to analyze the pros and cons of having the baby. Dexter is also under an additional pressure, since he needs to find Freebo before Debbie or the Miami Metro detectives do once the drug dealer saw his face. When the police find a Jane Doe strangled on a dumper, Dexter recognizes her as being Freebo's girlfriend Teegan, but he omits the information about the ho to his colleagues. Meanwhile the Assistant District Attorney Miguel Prado invites Dexter and Rita to have dinner with his wife Sylvia and him at his home since he wants to get inside information about the investigation. Further, Miguel's brother Ramon gets the cell phone of Freebo's mother to track any phone call from the trafficker. When Dexter visits Teegan's house, he finds that the place is the hideout of Freebo and he schedules a visit to the dealer during the night. Before leaving his home, Rita visits Dexter and tells that she will keep the baby. Dexter has a great surprise at Teegan's place.

In this second episode of the Third Season, Dexter lives a dilemma questioning how a man that brings death could bring life to the world, and the future of his son. Rita follows her instincts of mother and decides to keep the baby. Debra proves once again that she is a great detective. And let's see how the bond of Miguel Prado with Dexter will affect his "night time" work. My vote is eight.
