Storyline
The world has ended due to wars, lack of food and resources. People have turned on each other in an effort to hoard whatever food is left. Some have turned to cannibalism. On top of that, a new, unknown virus is ravaging the planet. Clean, drinkable water has run out. Violence is running rampant through this new wasteland. Claire, a lone girl treks the new, dangerous wasteland in search of food and clean water. Clinging on to the last of her supplies, she has to fight hordes of killers after her at every turn. Not as bad as everyone else seems to think, it is low budget, but the camera work is amazing using every shot for maximum impact. Little dialogue with a simple plot, the film provides a visual journey of despair, madness, apathy and suffering with a musical score to match.
