Two young hopefuls are surprised to learn that their "big break" as Hollywood filmmakers is to make a documentary on oysters and clams -·· about which they know nothing. They travel to the West, Gulf and East Coasts oyster-clam shell-fishing sites, photographing the harvesting, aquaculture, processing, cooking and serving of shellfish. Footage is shown from New England, Florida, the Gulf Coast, and California. Winner of "The Golden Camera Award" from the U.S. Industrial Film Festival in Chicago.
