Enchantimals: Spring into harvest hills is the only 2D animated enchantimals media to have a TV-14 Rating all though the uncensored version has a TV-MA rating like all the other 2D enchantimals media. But the aired version on Cartoon Network is TV-PG due to the network not allowing TV-14 and TV-MA animations/TV shows being on a kids channel. But it would've made it to Adult Swim if it didn't have more censors than the DVD version. The TV-MA version is available on Prime Video. If the DVD and aired versions of this special was the same, it would've made it to Adult Swim.
