Storyline

Summer 1968. It has been seven years since the Striesow family fled the GDR to a quiet suburb in West Germany. But Irene, the mother, does not support her situation as a housewife. Especially since Dieter, her husband, is absent more and more. Their three children watch the couple tear each other apart, wondering if the divorce might end up being good.
