What was it the old tv shows used to say? Only the names have changed? Well, that's what happens here. "The visitor" is the Crypt Keepers second cousin twice removed who wants to be like him. In case you don't remember, the Crypt Keeper is from Tales from the Crypt. The hand that cannot be removed from the puppet is from from Tales from the Crypt too. Regurgitating old stories, plots, ideas, etc. They say imitation is the highest form of flattery. That's not the case here.
