- The prehistoric bird gets shot and there is some blood spray on impact. Since the man and bird are 'connected' the man shows a bloody wound and later has blood covering his hand.
- A woman falls back on her hair pin and it is impaled (mild) through her head. In the DIRECTOR'S CUT, we actually see the hairpin insert into her head. A thin line of blood is seen from the exit wound on her forehead.
