She calls him a lousy acting coach, and then he dives on her on the bed and they're going to have fun. At. Charles's funeral, Eleanor is about to get subpoenaed, but the priest wards that off. There and then the unholy union between her and Edward Burton is finalized. In high spirits after her cast has been taken off, Lane throws her pills out, and works on her article. into her zone

Jamie Luner is absolutely fantastic in tonight's episode of SAVANNAH. That's hardly news, she's been G-R-E-A-T all along, but she is now outshining the other two so much, it is almost embarrassing. Shannon is bogged down by a script that either calls for Reese to be Doris Day or frowny and antagonistic, and Robyn's Lane has turned into a demented pill-popper. The only rival for Jamie is the glamorous Beth Toussaint as Veronica. She had been hidden in the wings these past episodes, but with the turn in the script here, it is clear that she will be a major character again in the stretch to follow.

Jamie Luner has the part to die for, though! She has taken the ball and is running with it and nobody can catch up with her. No awards for her? Well, there's the one from me. Sexiest Actress on 90's TV.
