Very good remake unfortunately let down by it's rushed turbo speed start that felt like they were skipping important plot points in favour of the meeting between Lilo and Stitch occurring. After that it slowed right down and turned into a fantastic movie with a story that lives up to the original and respects it. Plus the ending is way better than the animation and actually made me weep deeply from inside the depth of my heart and soul. Especially with Dan Romer's score, which was so beautiful; Still nonetheless a good remake with heart for once and it didn't feel like just another cash grab. But an actual movie made with love and care for the animated story. Really delves deep into the root of what Ohana truly means.
Felt original and authentic. You will fall in love with Stitch, even more than before. This movie brings family and friends together. Can't wait to watch it again. Be prepared for some offbeat jokes, which are not always as fun as the original, but suit the concept very well. This one is for the real Lilo & Stitch fans. We laughed so much, but also wept some tears. Emotional, fun and crazy. The storyline has a surprising amount of depth, exploring themes like identity, belonging, and unconditional love. The animation style is bold and refreshing, and the soundtrack is spot-on. It's a wild ride with heartwarming moments that stick with you. 10 stars for the new Stitch movie - a chaotic, heartfelt celebration of ohana that lives up to the legacy.
I really like the original. I didn't want a step by step live action remake. They change enough to keep it fresh and interesting, but kept enough that it still felt like Lilo and Stitch.
I'd seen a couple of reviews from grumpy old men that take their own opinions too seriously that gave negative reviews. The film isn't aimed at them. It's a film for children, and for grown ups that enjoy nostalgia. I'm 40 and went with my 17 year old daughter, and we had a great time. Everyone in the theatre seemed to enjoy it too.
The actors are all likeable. Lilo is adorable. The cgi is done very well and you forget that Stitch isn't really there.

I grew up on the original Lilo and Stich, the films and the TV show. Big fan, still quote it often.
I enjoyed the trailers for this, but had some scepticism.
Parental Warning! The live action makes some of the sad scenes from the cartoon more intense, it was enough to make my 6 year old cry.
The cinematography was pretty good, but it helps when filming in such a good landscape.
The cast are young/green and at times it shows, some of the delivery is off.
The score was as good as the original.
Of course Terry Crews would've been a better Cobra, but Courtney B. Vance does a good job. Zach plays a good Jumba in the live action, but his voice sounds really wrong in the CGI character.
Nostalgic hit! I can see more coming.

Disney you did it right this time! I loved it! I liked how close it was to the original at the same time it was so new and fresh. It was deep and made me cry and it was fun. I loved that it didnt just copy the original but kept the essence and improved it. I like the characters a lot and the choice of actors. When i watched this movie as a kid i liked it because it was a fun and colourful movie but as an adult i loved to see more about Nanis struggle and the world (scenery) around them. Thank you Disney for making a life action actually worth watching.
I look forward to see it again in Disney + when it comes iut there.
