I can't remember what he said except for one thing which has stuck with me ever since, and he said 'If you guys still want to be in business in five years' time, you'd better be in a different business'. And that is so true. Kodak invented the digital camera, but they didn't go with it, so they went bust. Nokia, they had the world market for mobile phones, but they didn't go to the smartphone, so they went bust. You've got to change, innovate all the time.
