A quick thing to keep in perspective...

At a point midway through this show, various scientists exhort the evils of the U.S. government for conducting LSD experiments on black American heroin addict volunteers, then "rewarding" them with more heroin.

If watching this with friends or, especially, with your children or your class, youth group, etc., please be sure to point out that this is not further repression of downtrodden minorities. Rather, this is called 'maintaining a "control"' or 'controlling for average heroin intake n the tested population', so that the test admins knew whether the effects caused came from the LSD or, rather, from the abrupt withdrawal of heroin.
