Storyline

This episode, which ends Season One of The Chosen on a truly jubilant note, begins with the apostles drawing together, still confused, anxious for the Kingdom to come; and ends with Jesus' encounter with a foreign woman of a very dubious past. And with this encounter, His career finally becomes public. Written by jhboswell

Why the actor is believeable as Jesus
20 August 2020 | by j_ashby-55084See all my reviews

In the live stream after the episode where Jonathan Roumie is interviewed he tells of his experience in preparing and playing the role of Jesus. Jonathan testifies to the affect Jesus had on him as he got into character. Jonathan could not get into Jesus without wanting to receive him (Jesus) and it refined his faith. My prayer is that this series does that for everyone that watches and the series episodes continue to show more of why Jesus came.
