Great fun -- silly and sexy and it'd work as well in a feature
8 March 2008 | by davdecraneSee all my reviews

What's more fun, the genre-twist that comes 5 minutes or the pretty girls fighting in their underwear? A great combo of horror and laughs, well-shot and acted, this is what a short film should be: funny, surprising, satirical and different. Watch for Patty McCormack (the little girl from THE BAD SEED) as an all growed-up Hillbilly mom. In fact, all the acting is top- notch with pretty, sexy Cali somebody as the real standout. Think of all the poorly-acted, boring, I'm-an-unhappy-homeless-druggie teenager short films that fall flat on YouTube or I-Tunes, and then reward yourself by trying to get your hands on a DVD of this -- I saw a promotional copy for the Beverly Hills Film Festival. Nice horror gumbo for a feature, too.
