The show was excellent in it's first series, as it as original and sparked new life into children's television. It attracted a vast number of people to their TV screens and ensured that they would remain hooked until the final episode, where one team would escape the 'island'.
Since then, the show has been moved to Australia where production and editing take place. In my opinion, this has degraded the show and what it initially set out to do. The production staff are clearly trying to make a show from very thin ideas with no dense story line to continue through.
There has been no update on Series 6 of the show, suggesting that broadcasters have had enough.
Overall, the first series was fantastic and a must for anyone who had a slight interest in the latter series of the show.
