Needs To Be A Feature Film

The film with its dark element kept our attention throughout to the point when the film came to the final scene it left us wanting more!

    The Fixer Review

Excellent short! Started out by quickly captivating viewers. You're already asking yourself, "who is he?" "Why is he there?", and so on. As it progresses, you're still trying to piece together clues to the opening scene and you're left wanting more and wanting to understand the characters and their pain. Looking forward to seeing the whole thing!

    Silently Intriguing

Iconic LA tropes draw you into the narrative: classic cars, the music of an ice cream truck, a hula girl on the dash. We are introduced to the Fixer. He is a not a simple gun for hire, but a complex character: a "tough guy" who is afraid for for his family. Will this fear that drives him to do unspeakable evils out of loyalty for his boss also be the emotion that redeems him? What is left unsaid is the most intriguing part of the narrative for this reviewer. The silent moments (back filled with a great score) speak volumes. Here credit goes to the crisp writing, acting, and directing, as small movements, even the subtle raise an the eyebrow are used to convey emotions that words cannot capture. There's so much more that is left unsaid - I hope to see more of this film in the near future!

Left me wanting to see me

My partner and I are not the biggest fans of dark dramas, but this film left us wishing for more. We loved the the main character. The actor's eyes told so much about the story behind the scenes. This film had amazing camera angels, fanctastic sound editing, and wonderful use of lighting. I wish the film's pace was a little faster, but if made into a full lengh film, I don't think I would mind it as much. Defently worth the watch.

    Amazing Short

Such a great film! The writing and directing was excellent from start to finish. The best films are those that you can feel without stating it out loud. I could feel for the main character during the entire film. The cinematography was also top notch depicting a true L.A. feel. The ending kept me wanting more. Overall, I highly recommend this film to those who appreciate quality films over emotionally vapid movies.
