Sex & Nudity

- Female breast nudity of many women during a shower scene, which includes a close-up shot of one woman's breast when another woman gets her hair tangled in her nipple ring then yanks her hair away hurting the other woman.
- During a long two women fight scene, one women is topless and her breasts are grabbed often.
- A graphic sex scene shows two women engaging in foreplay with one woman explicitly licking and sucking on the other's breast and nipple. In a closeup shot she then bites the nipple causing the latter woman to pull away in pain.
- Two women passionately kiss for a long period of time. A pregnant woman is also shown nude explicitly several times with graphic nude imagery.
- Full-frontal female nudity is displayed explicitly throughout with frequent gratuitous female nude scenes as well. Lengthy graphic sexual dancing of many scantily clad women as entertainment for men. Brief scenes show partial male buttocks nudity while administering medication.
- Strong sex scene in the film which entails fetishism. There is also explicit full frontal female nudity leading up to graphic sex which then focuses on bare breasts.

- All the violence in the movie is realistic, gruesome, and disturbing.
- A woman kills a house full of people without provocation. She stabs one woman in the cheek and ear. She stabs a man in the foot with a fire poker, shoves a chair leg into his mouth, breaking his jaw and killing him, and then sits down on the chair. She stabs another man in the torso with the fire poker. She tries to kill another woman by strangling her, but the woman escapes.
- Self-harm by nose-breaking, excessive scratching, and accidental self-immolation.
- Close-up images of brain surgery with some blood and gore.
- A woman brutally kills a man by stabbing him through the ear with a hair pin. Foam comes out of his mouth and his eyes turn completely white. The woman later removes the hair pin from his ear. An explicit and disturbing scene.
- At the beginning of the movie, a woman kills several people without provocation through stabbings and brutal beatings that result in gruesome injuries.
- In a few scenes, a woman's breasts lactate oil instead of milk and her menstrual blood is also replaced with oil.
Profanity

- Several instances of "fuck"/"fucking" and one of "goddamn it."
- Some crude sexual language in one scene where several men verbally harass a woman on a bus: "pussy," "bitches," "hoes," "slut," etc.

- A major plot point involves a woman having intercourse with a car and being impregnated by it.
Violence & Gore
- Throughout the film, a woman gets pregnant and we see her belly expand in a rather disturbing way. She accidentally pokes a hole in her stomach, causing motor oil to pour out.
- At the end of the film, a pregnant woman's stomach slowly tears open as she gives birth, revealing a massive metal semicircular object underneath.
- A woman tries to give herself an abortion with a hairpin. The action is done just offscreen but we linger on the woman's face as she performs the deed. Not very graphic.
- At the end of the movie, a woman painfully gives birth. It is extremely bloody and graphic, as her head wound splits open from it and dies.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Throughout the film, a woman is slowly getting pregnant but she is forced to hide it by tightly wrapping her stomach down. We see nightmarish and bizarre things happening to her body, including motor oil pouring out of her stomach, vagina, and breasts and her skin tearing itself apart to reveal metal underneath.
- A woman experiences a strange phenomenon which causes traumatic and stressful pregnancy-related injuries to her body. These include severe pain, bizarre movements under the skin, intense itching that ends up in brutal scratching, tearing holes in skin and flesh, and a black oily discharge from breasts, vagina, and stomach. In one scene, she tries to perform an abortion on herself with a hair pin.
