Freddie is moved back in to the family home, they're aware he's ill, he doesn't know they know. Shifty has plans to escape Granddad's. Adrian receives some good news in the post.

Shifty is the centre stage in this episode, his ex has moved next door to the Boswells, and his meal ticket, aka Martina, has been exposed by Joey, considering she's.

Tushingham is excellent, it's nice that Nellie has a kindred spirit to converse with, Celia is also a tortured soul.

Great scene between Joey and Martina, it's a pity they couldn't get her more involved, she's a brilliant character.

At least Aveline is happy.

The standard continues to be very high. 8/10
