    • Trivia
According to writer/producer David Fury this episode was the first to be produced after the 2007/08 writers' strike. Because of this, there was a 6-month gap between the script and the actual shooting of this episode.
    • Goofs
When Agent Walker is looking at the laptop after the firefight, she says she "can't get it to boot" and that the "hard drive must be fried." But on the very next shot, the computer's screen clearly shows a desktop, soon followed by a window opening up, indicating the laptop is functioning normally.
    • Quotes

Larry Moss: You worked with Bauer for a long time, didn't you?

Chloe O'Brian: Seven years, on and off.

      Larry Moss: That's impressive.

      [Chloe looks at him quizzically]

Larry Moss: That you survived the experience.

Chloe O'Brian: What are you talking about?

Larry Moss: Only that a lot of people didn't. Curtis Manning, Ryan Chappelle, his own wife.

Chloe O'Brian: [angrily] Are you saying it's Jack's fault that his wife was killed?

      Larry Moss: You tell me.

Chloe O'Brian: Jack Bauer is the most trustworthy, honorable man I know, and he's my friend. Maybe you should worry less about him and more about the mole in your office working for Dubaku.

    Don't Get Near Jack
Jack has no trouble with the best for the greatest number mentality. Dubaku has fallen in love with a woman. She doesn't know who he is until Jack tells her. He then puts her in mortal danger. Dubaku is trying to get out of the country. Meanwhile, the President's husband is fighting for his life and his daughter is on her way. Dubaku has huge tentacles that he will expose. At the FBI center, we are made privy to who the mole is. Chloe has joined forces and is her usually abrasive self.. Exciting, quick moving episode. On we go, approaching the end of the first half of the season.
