It's notable that when the lights are switched on in the restaurant he's not there in person, as if Kelly's team thought he had the right comic voice to "sell" the humour, whereas extras play the actual diners. As with Episode 3.3, at one point in a monologue Kelly raises both fingers into a V shape to indicate the number two, with the back of his hand facing the audience. Not an issue for Kelly's home country, but in the UK this was an insulting gesture, roughly equivalent to raising the middle finger. See more
