Trivia

At the very beginning of this episode, Bumblebee, an Autobot is shown with a red Decepticon ensign for a few frames instead of his normal Autobot symbol. However, the ensign is so well drawn that it is possible it was intended as a gag or reference to the Generation 1 Transformers cartoon of the eighties, in which misplaced symbols were a very common animation mistake. It could also be regarded as a reference to the recently introduced "Shattered Glass" alternative universe, where the Decepticons are the good-guys, wearing a red variant of their regular symbol.
