Gordon visits The Olde Stone Mill in Tuckahoe, New York, a abandoned stone mill that was converted into a restaurant. The owner, Dean, is a bullying control freak who is scared of failure. Most of Dean's energy had gone into the meticulous building of the restaurant and now is deeply in debt. Gordon also has problems with general manager, Tom, who has grown accustomed to Dean's ways, an incompetent wait staff, and even head chef Mike, who has lost his passion for cooking. Though Dean wants his struggling restaurant to be a success, he becomes skeptical about some of Gordon's suggestions.
