When an elderly woman dies returning from a Mexican holiday, Clare performs a mandatory autopsy and finds balloons of heroin in her stomach. This leads Lindsay and Jacobi to the assisted living facility the woman and her traveling companions resided in. It also leads to another death, and a list of suspects that include the administrator of the facility, the children of the dead woman, an aging lothario at the home and the entertainment director who went on the trip.
