Goofs The bicycles, abandoned when the local boys are chased away from the fumigation, carry orange reflectors on their wheels. Such reflectors were introduced in Finland in 1960, so would not be present on bicycles during the late 1940s. See more »

Crazy Credits [concluding comments before closing credits] Sala Feiermann left the UK and settled in America. She married and had two children. She died in 2005. Reunited, Salek and Chiel Falinower went on to set up a successful business together on the south coast. Salek died in 2014. In all, 732 child survivors of the Holocaust were brought to Windermere and other locations in the UK. Every year they and their families meet to celebrate their survival. See more »
