The movie is too long. Tooooooooo long. Each fight scene is drawn out to what feels like 2 to 3 times its intended duration, followed by yet another very similar scene, and then usually another.

Characters that are annoying and ultimately pointless keep returning because they need to beat up Wick a bit more. And again, and again.

There is an entire story arc in asia that is pointless because it has no impact on any events following it. It looked cool though.

I am not invested with the fate of Wick here. The previous 3 movies I was. Especially the first two felt grounded in reality - he was an insanely skilled assassin, but each shot counted, and when he took a hit he really got hurt bad.

Third movie was already more fiction, and the dogs had godmode.

This movie looks the best out of all four, the cinematography is gorgeous, the lighting and shots are extremely deliberately put together and they are a work of art on their own. Beautiful. Set dressing and set design is awesome.

Just everything else feels cheap. Guns have no recoil, the violence was reduced to VFX splatter effects that look like a cheap video game and the plot is lifeless and empty. Too much reliance on VFX. Hopefully they bring back whoever wrote the first two movies.
