Storyline

Dan's next flash-back is to North Bay psychiatric ward, where patient Evan Pattison, a fellow Stanford student, is kept for claiming to be a time-traveler. Over several leaps, Dan must find out whether that's true and, with Jack's help, what the quantum physicist knows. Both Evan and his true love Lauren are in mortal danger. Dan escapes repeatedly meeting himself to closely. Dan comes to realize his fate is also a unique opportunity and accepts it as his calling, while his wife would still prefer him to 'fix it and get out', hoping for a normal family life.
