Hardly classifies as a horror movie (although it does contain some elements of the genre) - it's a thinking man's hard-to-classify crossbreed of Splice, Avatar and I am Legend. A poetic, thrilling, dramatic and at moments, scary experience with a superb cast (don't let the fact there's only two of them scare you away - this duo carries the movie fantastically!), beautiful scenery, and a terrific soundtrack.
And with its hidden symbolism and a great story with nicely pulled ending, it's so much more than just a creature flick - - I highly recommend you give this gem a try!
