The Deposition 

Michael is put in an awkward position when Jan sues Dunder Mifflin for wrongful termination and he is deposed as a witness. Meanwhile, Kelly begins smack-talking Pam after Darryl beats Jim at Ping-Pong.

Storyline

Michael and Jan go to New York to since Jan sued Dunder Mifflin over her termination thinking it was her breast implants that caused it. Michael is an accomplice and things go awry when different scenarios arise such as the photo Michael took of Jan on their Christmas break showing they had a relationship earlier then announced. Meanwhile back at Scranton, over numerous losses against Darryl in ping-pong over Jim, Kelly has been smack talking Pam and to get rid of this problem Pam wants Jim to practice and do a rematch against Darryl.

Heartbreaking

I am a new fan of The Office, finding it on Netflix after having laughed hysterically through a rerun one late night. After watching this episode, I have a new respect for the character Michael Scott. He really is just a sweet guy looking for a little love and respect, and never finding the right way to earn those things. He is truly clueless, and it was so heartbreaking to watch him realize he had been betrayed by the people he would be most willing to do anything for - people he has done outrageous things for countless times. He summed it up well at the end when he explained his choice, and I was glad for his decision. I can't wait to continue on with the series to see him hopefully find his happiness. This show is one of the most well written series I have watched, with awesome characters!
