Trivia

The new hidden boss Lingering Will in his appearance and dialogue is meant as a tie-in to Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (2010), as it was revealed in that game that his true identity is the playable character Terra, whose soul was trapped in his Keyblade Armor after Xehanort had stolen his body during the finale of that game and his dialogue in this game also references the other two playable characters from Birth by Sleep, Ventus (nicknamed Ven) and Aqua. Goofs

While in the original version of Kingdom Hearts II the tile for Ienzo/Zexion in the Proof of Existence representing his weapon was cracked because his weapon was not known prior to the release of this game and Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, in this version his tile is still cracked even though his weapon symbol is still seen elsewhere for the Absent Silhouette and Data Battles, as this bit was not cleaned up for the Final Mix version.
