He is the dragged to a bathtub with a trail of blood, and in the bathtub, while alive, someone reaches into one of his cuts and pulls out some of his organs which kills him. Very gory and graphic.

A woman repeatedly stabs an attacker.

A man cuts another's throat. The man's slit throat is seen as he shakes, still alive. Characters then bite into his flesh which is shown briefly.

A man is shown to be throwing up blood. This is incredibly brief, only on screen for a few seconds.
