Berlin-born twins Lisa (Nina Hoss) and Sven (Lars Eidinger) have a lifelong shared passion for theater. He's a famous actor, while she has abandoned her writing to live with her husband and children in Switzerland. When Sven falls gravely ill, Lisa begins to dramatically re-evaluate her life.
My Little Sister is Switzerland's official entry to the Oscars but it's out of competition now. It's beautiful, raw, poetic, sad and emotional. The story is beautiful and well written about cancer, siblings love and passion. Cinematography is amazing. Performances are very good. It feels empty sometimes but all in all it's nice.
