Did You Know?
Trivia | COBRA stands for Cabinet Office Briefing Room "A" and is used here as the code word identifier for the emergency calling together of the Prime Minister, the 22 cabinet secretaries as well as heads of the military and intelligence agencies and any other officials deemed necessary to the issue at hand.. Also included would be the most trusted aides and advisers of the aforementioned, but only those with the requisite security level clearance. COBRA meetings are not held in the formal Cabinet Room located upstairs in #10 but instead are specially held in a below ground bunker type faculty with state of the art communications. See more » |
Goofs | The chief constable wears medal ribbons on his outer jacket. In British uniformed departments medal ribbons are worn only on tunics; not on shirts or jerseys, and never on foul weather jackets or the like. See more » |
