- The main character suffers from Schizophrenia, The entire film features sequences such as her getting pulled through a mirror and being grabbed by black hands. The entire movie can be disturbing.

- A young boy is stabbed in the neck however barely any blood is shown. He survives at the end.
- Asides from the mother and possibly the teacher. No characters are killed in this film (Considering its Pg-13) However the mother's death's depiction is pretty graphic and depressing.
- The main character is slapped twice.

- The main character Rain takes several medications. Several drugs can be seen throughout the film.
- One scene shows Rain teasing her dad by trying to take several meds to knock herself out
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- It is revealed that one of the main characters (The Teacher) has captured a small female child. The main character rescues the child however the teacher confronts the main character. This entire scene can be disturbing.
- One scene shows maggots coming out of the characters hand. It is revealed to be an illusion shortly after but the short scene is pretty scary.
- The main character is bonded and thrown into a ditch and eventually buried alive. She manages to escape however it is revealed to be an illusion as she jumps and pushed onto a medical bed.
- The main character Rain constantly hears voices in her head such as "Do Something" "Kill Yourself!" "Just Go Away!" and "Help Me..." These scenes appear frequently through the film and are pretty disturbing.
- It is revealed that the mother killed herself in 2017. A scene shows Rain walking into the teachers attic and clutching her mother's dead ghostly body. The entire scene is gut-wrenching and possibly the most depressing part of the entire film.
